Eligible Returns

Standard stocked products may be eligible for return within seven (7) days of delivery, provided the items remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

Custom-manufactured, special-order, cut-to-size, project-specific, or made-to-order materials cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Damaged Deliveries

Customers are encouraged to inspect materials upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or delivery discrepancy should be reported immediately upon receipt.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever applicable. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to review and approval by our sales and operations team before collection, replacement, exchange, or refund is authorized.
