Delivery Coverage

Deliveries are available throughout the United Arab Emirates, subject to product availability, order volume, project location, and transportation requirements.

Delivery Scheduling

Delivery dates are coordinated with customers after quotation approval and order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on inventory availability, supplier lead times, project schedules, and transportation conditions.

Site Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access for delivery vehicles, unloading equipment, and receiving personnel at the project location.

Delivery Inspection

Materials should be inspected upon delivery. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported immediately at the time of receipt whenever possible.

Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to meet scheduled delivery dates, unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions, traffic restrictions, customs procedures, supplier delays, or force majeure events may affect delivery schedules.
